DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) / GINNIE MAE
Mortgage-Backed Securities Reporting and Risk Management Systems Implementation
We provide specialized financial services. We assisted Ginnie Mae in implementing new modernized
systems including a monthly reporting system to serve more than 200 Issuers of Ginnie Mae Securities
and a risk management system to assist Ginnie Mae in managing its Securities portfolio of over $650
billion. Services include system testing, Issuer transition and training for the new system, compliance
resolution and technical documentation. The systems went live on-time and under budget.

FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA)
Grants Management System Design and Implementation
We provide comprehensive solutions because of our diverse expertise.  At FEMA, we worked with the
Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Technology Office and Grants Programs Directorate in designing and
implementing FEMA’s Non-Disaster Grants Management System.  Services included grants financial
compliance reviews, research of best practices, streamlined financial processes, strengthening of
internal controls, system development and implementation. The new system is recognized by selective
Congressional Members and the Office of Management and Budget as one of the most innovative
systems in the industry today.

VETERAN’S ADMINISTRATION (VA)
Acquisition Management Support
We supported VA’s Office of Enterprise Development in a broad range of acquisition support services.  
We provided full life cycle acquisition support including developing statements of objectives and
independent government cost estimates, evaluating proposals and tracking award status.  We
successfully assisted VA in achieving its acquisition goals in FY 2009.  

DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR (DOI) / NATIONAL BUSINESS CENTER (NBC)
Financial System Implementation
We add the depth of financial management and accounting expertise required for comprehensive
financial system implementation services. We are invited onto many teams to provide this expertise at
NBC and other clients.  This provides not only for streamlined financial processes, audit resolution and
depth in training and user manuals but extends to process improvement during the operations and
maintenance stage.
